Job Description
As a Workday HCM Consultant at Accenture Inc., you will play a critical role in advising and leading high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Lead implementation of Workday Core HCM modules.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Develop training materials for end-users.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Workday Core HCM with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and excellent communication skills.
