Job Description
SUPERL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a dedicated HR Industrial Relations professional responsible for providing quality guidance on company policies, resolving employee grievances, and managing disciplinary actions.
The ideal candidate should be a college graduate in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any Business Course, with 1-2 years of HR-related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Philippine Labor Law is essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
This full-time position requires strong English communication skills, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
