Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Civil and Tracks Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil and tracks-related activities on our projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate civil and tracks construction activities, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the civil and tracks team.
- Perform regular inspections on construction sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project activities.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and tracks construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
