Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: The Coffee Bar In-Charge will primarily manage daily store operations, including sales and marketing, staff management, inventory, and customer care. This role is pivotal in ensuring the store meets its targets and maintains profitability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the overall image of the store.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure superior service.
- Oversee product quality.
- Educate team members.
- Document incidents and address issues.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, 3 years of store management experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
