Job Description
Caldwell Communications is on the lookout for dynamic candidates to join our team as Back Office Representatives. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence, resolving their concerns efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues on the first contact.
