Job Description
MINI Phils is seeking a dedicated Business and Dealer Development Supervisor to enhance, optimize, and maintain the operational efficiency and standards of the MINI Importer and BMW Asia. This role is vital in guiding retail dealerships to ensure adherence to procedures set by MINI Asia, aligning with established MINI retail standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay
