Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual responsible for checking and approving plans from tenants, providing layouts, designs, and architectural plumbing and fire protection details. You will supervise projects and deliver 3D perspectives and walk-throughs. Additionally, you will issue notices to proceed for tenants and create as-built plans through site visits.
Job Requirements:
– Graduate of Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
– Proficient in drafting and design, with industry knowledge
– License as an architect is a plus
– 1-3 years of relevant experience
– Team-oriented with a focus on results.
