Job Description
A. General Functions:
This position provides crucial financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. Responsibilities include managing the payment cycle, processing invoices, and controlling expenses efficiently.
B. Specific Functions:
- Check and prepare sell-in invoices for payment processing.
- Consolidate purchase requisition documents.
- Validate items received and prepare Accounts Payable Receiving Receipts.
- Maintain detailed records per supplier.
- Prepare payment documents for approval.
- Submit monthly financial summaries to the Accounting/Finance Head.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php11,518.00 – Php13,00.00 per month
Benefits include company events and transportation services.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, with a 13th month salary included as supplemental pay.
