Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.
As a representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone and written correspondence to address inquiries.
- Resolving issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matching customers’ demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Leveraging negotiation skills to achieve customer buy-in.
- Providing information to both internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
