Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1 Year of Customer Related Experience and at least a High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- No BPO Experience Required

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required
