Job Description
We are excited to announce a one-day hiring process for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites! Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly with additional benefits.
Position Overview:
Your role as a Retail Account Specialist involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting retail operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
