Job Description
As a BPO Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as managing existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the BPO industry.
- Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in BPO business development or sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the BPO industry and current market trends.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to travel as required.
