Job Description
Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as an Online Shopping Customer Support Specialist! We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who are ready to start ASAP. We accept high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and Senior High School graduates.
In this full-time position, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. You will assist customers with account setup, investigate complaints, and provide informed recommendations.
Salary ranges from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 per month, with benefits including health insurance, free parking, and paid training.
