Job Description
Hungry Treats Express Food Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting employee orientations and training, recommending development programs, and monitoring trainees. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with leave policies
- Overseeing records management of all HR files and ensuring DOLE compliance
- Updating company policies and handling employee relations, including counseling and disciplinary procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
