The De La Salle Health Sciences Institute is seeking a qualified Renal Care Manager. The ideal candidate must be a Licensed Professional Nurse with specialized training in nephrology and/or dialysis, supported by three (3) years of managerial experience in hospital operations. A clinical background in nephrology and dialysis nursing is preferred.
Key qualifications include excellent customer service, strong leadership, effective team management, and critical thinking skills, alongside proficiency in computer and emergency response scenarios.
