Job Description
IGT is currently seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to provide 24/7 customer service support by responding to chat and emails, as well as receiving calls regarding customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel itineraries including airfare, hotels, and activities.
- Process payments, handle bookings, and issue travel documents.
- Stay informed on travel trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Farelogix).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
