Job Description
Caldwell Communications is actively seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our BPO Caldwell Support team in NCR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications via phone and written correspondence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues on the first call.
- Match client products and services to customer demands.
- Utilize negotiation skills to obtain customer buy-in.
