Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Financial Account Representative at Sapient Careers MNL to assist our customers with their financial inquiries. Key responsibilities include providing expert support on banking-related issues and managing customer accounts effectively.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of call center experience in banking and financial programs.
- Financial and/or banking experience outside the BPO industry.
- High School Graduate.
