Job Description
EMS Components Assembly Inc. is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Staff. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job ads on various platforms, networking with potential hires, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and facilitating recruitment orientations. You will maintain relationships with candidates and ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, with over 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a semiconductor or electronics firm.
