Job Description
Indojaya Philippines Inc. is seeking a competent Customer Service Representative to manage Financial Accounts. In this role, you will contact clients regarding their outstanding balances, maintaining trustful relationships while ensuring timely payments. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and identify outstanding debts.
- Contact customers regarding past due accounts and resolve disputes.
- Utilize online tools for account management.
- Update account records and report on collection status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,850.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th month salary, performance bonus
Schedule: Day shift
