Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa.
- In charge of the monthly and daily schedule of therapists.
- Assist customers.
- Motivate the team to meet the sales quota set by the management.
- Responsible for local marketing – flyering.
- Manage and guide the team with daily duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for the monthly and daily reports.
- Maintain quality of service on a daily basis.
- Maintain awareness of security related to cash, stock, and equipment and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Ensure health, safety, and company regulations are complied with at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php610.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
