Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate exam application processes.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Encode, revise, and coordinate application forms.
- Submit applications to international offices.
- Update clients and database on application status.
- Monitor application progress and due dates.
- Process exam registrations and scheduling.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo 15-day training.
- On-site work in Davao City required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,00.00 per month
