Job Description
Summary:
Ensures the company, management, and employees are in full compliance with all national and international laws, regulations, and ethical standards by creating, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices within the industry.
Description:
- Monitor all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all current legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Develop, monitor, and assess governance, risk, and compliance control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legislative or regulatory compliance.
- Create and revise applicable Regulatory Compliance Policies and Programs, including but not limited to Data Privacy, AMLA, BSP, and Remittance when needed.
- Lead the education of employees and disseminate information regarding applicable regulatory and compliance-related topics, including but not limited to BSP, NPC, and AMLA policies.
- Research, record, and analyze data and information to ensure the business runs smoothly.
- Function as a key company representative/liaison in meetings with the BSP, AML, and other Government Regulatory Bodies.
Level of Experience:
- Administration of compliance monitoring and risk management – Advanced.
- Thorough understanding of AMLA, BSP, and other relevant rules and regulations issued by local and international governing bodies – Advanced.
- Preferably with a legal degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
