Minimum Job Description:
- Research and schedule speaking opportunities.
- Schedule intake calls and planning sessions.
- Automate email communications.
- Manage client data in CRM (Clio).
- Perform follow-up communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Estate Planning.
- Proficient with CRM software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service and marketing background.
- Graduate with 4 years of education.
- 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Willingness to work night shifts in Parañaque.
