Job Description
Join Optimized Customer Solutions Incorporated as a Human Resources Specialist! Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the hiring process, managing the employee database, monitoring attendance for payroll, preparing memorandums for attendance issues, and handling various HR tasks as assigned.
We seek candidates with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as knowledge of company policies, labor laws, and proficiency in MS Office.
This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates, with a monthly salary of Php14,00.00 – Php14,500.00 and benefits including health and life insurance, Christmas gifts, and opportunities for promotion.
