Job Description
Join XTI Shell as an HR Recruitment Assistant! We are seeking a graduate with a BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management, who has a minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Recruitment Officer. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct company orientation, and handle clerical tasks efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include conducting phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, as well as being adept with social media platforms. You will report directly to the HR Head and CEO when necessary, and field recruitment may be required.
