Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking candidates to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls.
- Match customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Provide clear information to internal and external clients while collaborating with colleagues.
Benefits and Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month, including health insurance, 13th-month pay, and promotional opportunities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
