Job Description
Autospectrum Corporation (Mazda Alabang) is seeking a motivated Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our offices and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing maintenance strategies, administering office upkeep, and conducting regular inspections of equipment.
Key responsibilities include promptly addressing maintenance concerns, recommending resolutions, and suggesting cleanliness programs. A related experience of three to five years in facilities management is required.
This position is full-time, offering a monthly pay of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00, along with health insurance and supplemental pay such as a 13th-month salary.
Location: Muntinlupa City (Preferred). Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025.
