Job Description

Join SGS – Sapient Call Center for an exciting opportunity! We are mass hiring Call Center Agents at our Metro sites with a one-day hiring process. Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly along with a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus.

Position Overview: Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information to assist customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions.
  • Comply with company policies.
