Job Description
Join our team at SGS PH – Sapient BPO Global! We are rapidly hiring Call Center Agents for our Metro sites, with a one-day hiring process. Earn up to ₱28,00 monthly with a sign-on bonus of ₱30,00!
Position Overview: As a Ticketing Account Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls regarding ticket inquiries and bookings.
- Assist with our online ticketing platform.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Protect customer information diligently.
