Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati as an Online Ticketing Agent! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess strong English communication skills and are ready to start ASAP. This position is open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior high school graduates.
Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product inquiries, placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
