Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative proficient in English and Japanese. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- B1 English + B2 Japanese profile (N1 JLPT Certification required for Non-Natives)
- Prior call center or travel account experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Benefits include HMO coverage from day one, overtime pay, and a 13th-month salary. Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
Location: Mandaluyong City (Reliable commuting or relocation is required).
