- Menilai kebutuhan dan tingkat keberlanjutan produk pelanggan
- Menentukan fitur yang tepat untuk produk demi memastikan keefektifannya di pasar
- Membantu ADM dalam demonstrasi produk tertentu
- Membantu ADM dalam presentasi produk
- Membantu dalam penyusunan rencana bisnis
