Job Description
We are excited to announce that Ericsson Global Shared Service Center is expanding! We are in search of a Team Lead for Talent Management Delivery who will support our Leadership Development Programs through a dedicated team of HR Delivery Specialists. This role encompasses quality improvement, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experience.
You will lead HR Administrators, deliver Talent Management services, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with 3-5 years of leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A proactive and service-oriented mindset is essential.
