Job Description
Role Overview:
The Selling Manager is responsible for executing, administering, organizing, and directing selling activities and personnel to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Implement measures to control OPEX.
- Reduce merchandise losses to improve profitability.
- Monitor merchandise movement and availability of essential items.
- Provide efficient training for staff to enhance performance.
- Implement measures to minimize operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business course.
- At least 4 years of management experience in retail or related industries.
