Job Description

Stealth Monitoring is seeking talented individuals to fill the role of Application Support Associate. Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complex issues and manage P1 outage tickets.
Investigate application/server logs and database tables.
Create knowledge documents and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with teams and elevate tickets to L3 for code analysis.
Support setup and monitor new tickets within SLA requirements.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in Application Support.
Proficient in SQL, Linux, and Cloud environments.
Strong communication skills, with familiarity in ticketing and monitoring tools.
