Job Description
Location: BGC Taguig
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Design, or any related field
- With at least 1 year working experience in a bank/financial institution
- At least 1 year working experience with programming skills – python, sql, SAS, R
- Can perform data gathering and data analysis
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Products and Marketing teams and support base generation for the different promos / campaigns of the bank
- Create an overall marketing and non-marketing calendar to monitor schedule and ensure timely sendouts.
- Reports to the Campaigns Team Lead
- Do campaign base sizing with waterfall of base drop-offs prior launch of each promo/campaign.
- Do analysis on campaign performance and metrics during the actual campaign to be reported to the stakeholders.
- Generate a post-campaign report and analysis to apply learnings in the next campaigns.
- Support end-to-end process on promo fulfillments – from eligible base generation to crediting of incentives or sending the base to the end user.
- Support to investigate promo-related complaints.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
