Job Description
We are hiring a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Ideas Unlimited LLC. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have at least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry.
Job Responsibilities include utilizing CRM tools, solving customer inquiries, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary starting at Php40,00. Additional benefits include paid training, performance bonuses, and a 13th-month salary.
Work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
