Job Description
CreaThink Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward candidates and clients at all times. Responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to inquiries from candidates and clients.
- Communicating through various channels including emails, chats, and phone calls.
- Managing application forms and requests efficiently.
- Conducting CRM management and coordinating with colleagues.
- Providing feedback and ensuring candidate satisfaction.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Reporting issues to the management promptly.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 30 per week
