Job Description
Monde Nissin Corporation is seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Assistant to administer People Services programs and initiatives. Responsibilities include handling Payroll/Salary and Software Administration, Employee Services Administration, and Government-Mandated Programs. Candidates should possess strong analytical, planning, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of 1-year experience in Payroll/Compensation Administration is preferred.
Work Assignment: Sta. Rosa Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Php17,00.00 per month.
Benefits include free parking and staff meals. The schedule is day shift, with additional compensation like a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
