Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a dedicated HR Admin to join our team. In this role, you will assist with global employee relations, manage HR systems, and ensure a positive employee experience. You will uphold company policies and procedures consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations case inquiries.
- Maintain accurate HR data.
- Support programs for operational efficiency.
- Enforce company policies equitably.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in Offshore HR services.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php38,00.00 per month (Night shift)
