Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is seeking a dedicated HR Rewards and Compensation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include assisting with global employee relations, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring fair application of company policies.
Ideal candidates should have 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services supporting US Clients in APAC/AMEA, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
This is a permanent position with a monthly salary of Php20,00.00 to Php38,00.00, including benefits.
