Job Description
Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives. The EA will manage schedules, communications, and office operations. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings and events, prioritizing emails and calls, handling travel arrangements, and managing documents. Candidates should have exceptional organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, 1 year of relevant experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good character, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Benefits: On-site parking, paid training | Schedule: 8-hour shift.
