Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Student Facilitator at the Asian International School of Aeronautics. The ideal candidate will possess a four-year college degree in Psychology or a relevant field, with 1-2 years of experience in student facilitation.
Essential training includes Psychological First Aid, counseling techniques, and managing stress and family conflicts. Strong skills in empathy, organization, and communication, along with proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office, are required.
This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits, including flexible working hours and salary increases.
