Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Checkout Supervisor to oversee our front-end operations at Waltermart Supermarket, Inc. This role is vital for providing prompt, friendly, and reliable service to our customers.
Duties:
- Maintain excellent customer service at checkout.
- Handle customer feedback effectively.
- Ensure cash control standards are adhered to.
- Manage front-end asset accountability.
- Maintain database integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Willing to work in Los Baños.
