Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Telco industry at Aspire Global Solutions, you will be a key player in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting customers with a wide range of Telco-related queries, including billing, account changes, technical support, and service inquiries.
  • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Providing product and service information to customers and guiding them through their Telco service options.
  • Accurately maintaining customer records, including account information and service requests.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with Telco industry knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators related to customer service, response times, and issue resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

  • 8-hour shift
