Job Description
Mindbridge Resources Corporation is seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Associate. Ideal candidates will be graduates in HRDM, Psychology, or related fields, with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, and Office Administration.
Key requirements include knowledge of DOLE Reports and Processes, strong personality, and willingness to work 5 days a week in San Simon, Pampanga. Candidates must be available for immediate start.
Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and office administration, with additional tasks as assigned.
Office Location: Feeder Road, Brgy. San Isidro San Simon, Pampanga
