Job Description
Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking a Manpower Resource Specialist to support our port operations. The successful candidate will prepare deployment plans, optimize manpower processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Human Resources.
- Resolve manpower issues affecting vessel operations.
- Oversee execution of the manpower plan.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- Minimum one (1) year relevant experience.
- Willing to be assigned in Port of Sasa, Davao City.
