Job Description
Swissotel Clark Philippines is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Reservations office. Ensure exceptional results aligned with Guest, Colleague, and Owner/Investor satisfaction by supervising the Reservations Staff and maintaining departmental standards.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in 5-star hotels, particularly with Accor.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
