Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Department Head to oversee daily sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will manage shrinkage, merchandise display, policies, and reporting within the department.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Supervisor in Sales (Retail/General) or equivalent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer applications
- Willingness to be assigned to Robinsons Supermarket Metro Central Santa Cruz Laguna
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift, shift system
Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary
